....it's time to celebrate!!
The Dark Knight Rises has FINALLY hit the billion dollar box office mark, and has managed to surpass its predecessor The Dark Knight.
It is the 13th film, in the history of cinema, to reach the billion dollar mark, and currently holds 12th position. However, it is one of six films that has reached this mark without the increased price of a 3D ticket.
So congratulations to the cast and crew, and all of those who brought a ticket.
